You as Human Resource manager have been given a job to prepare and review job description and use it to support sourcing, selecting and appointing suitable staff. Develop selection criteria and interview questions in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Demonstrate the process for screening and interviewing a candidate. Provide a written report or demonstration of an assessment of a candidate's skills and selection recommendation. Communicate effectively with clients and successful and unsuccessful candidates. Consult with relevant stakeholders to gain approvals. Obtain referees' reports. Secure preferred candidate's agreement and provide an employment contract and advise relevant stakeholders of new appointment, including start date. You are advised to submit a report including all the details of the recruitment process along with, job descriptions, screening methods adopted, interview questions, referees' reports, offer letters, rejection letters and job agreement. Submit this report for the assessment.
