In a spin I and Spin S system, NOE measures the change of spin I intensity after stimulating spin S with a pulse of the magnetic field. The double-spin system is shown below and the initial intensity for both peaks is marked: Peak I = 3 and Peak S = 4, which correspond to the initial population difference between the ground and excited states. Now, what are the peak intensity after the spin S is stimulated and W0 dominates the relaxation (i.e. from βα -> αβ) ?
