A number of years ago a major Canadian chemical company was authorized by the Egyptian government to establish a factory in the City of Domayata ,a city known for its beautiful scenery . The factory resulted into pollution problems which triggered citizens' unrest. Egypt is known to be a country with inactive NGOs. This case represents the following

A. Social concerns can be a latent issue even if not explicitly handles by an active NGO
B. Since the Egyptian government is powerful it was alright that the foreign company Ignored other stakeholders
C. Since FDI adds to the productive capacity of developing nations it is acceptable that host government encourages it at any price
D. In order to speed up the process it is advisable that contracts with MNCs should not include two many players.
