Carrie, a nine year old girl, was arrested for a series of arson's. Police believe she is a pyromaniac and therefore dangerous. She is booked into juvenile detention in question about the fires. She is told that if she is not honest, if they catch her lying, they will have the judge throw the book at her, and she will never see her mother or sisters again. If she tells the truth, they will ask the judge to get her the psychiatric help, she needs, and ask for the minimum sentence. She confesses. Her attorney filed a motion to suppress the confession. Will it be suppressed?
