We looked at the organizational chart of Cuesta College and examined the position of Cuesta's president, Dr. Jill Sterns. We concluded that Dr. Sterns:
O could not possibly manage effectively the approximately 850 employees at Cuesta
O no matter how much assistance she has can effectively manage those 850 employees
O even without assistance is not responsible for managing the 850 employees at Cuesta and that her only job is to handle public relations.
