Discussion 5.1 Being a Good Coworker
Nurses don't work alone. They often have interactions with other nurses, doctors,
medical assistants, receptionists, social workers, pharmacists, and a variety of
other healthcare providers. Being able to work well, not just with patients, but with
colleagues as well is a critical skill. This may mean taking orders, giving orders,
collaborating, or just associating.
What are some of the characteristics of a good coworker?
