2.1 Discuss why the following statement is too idealistic (i.e. why it is

2.2 Lynn Peters has implemented several ethics management systems
(practices) in Dithaba Construction, including an ethics training
programme and providing advice and guidance on ethics-related
matters to the board. State three other ethics management systems
that Lynn and her ethics office should implement in the company as
part of her responsibilities as an ethics manager.

3.1 Assume Lynn Peters and her ethics office were able to produce an
ethics risk profile (an image of a company's 'state of ethics') as a
consequence of having performed an ethics risk assessment. Provide
detailed explanations as to why it would have been beneficial for
