I love thinking of these sort of questions. Ever since I have been coaching, I have been refining these sort of questions. What are my values? My values are joy, leadership, integrity and a few others. I hold the word joy very close to my heart as a pastor once said "if it isn't joyful, it isn't sustainable." I think about this often and what I want to do and what I want to accomplish in my life. Everything I do, I try to do with joy that is contagious to help others have the light as well.
