Pretend that you are the evaluator for this program. The program developers have come to you and asked you to help them develop a brief plan to evaluate your program to share with the program staff. Your discussion post should include the following:
1. Two (2) outcome evaluation questions (include at least one behavior and one psychosocial outcome)
2. Two (2) efficiency evaluation questions. Describe an instrument (as described in the literature) that can be used to measure at least one of the psychosocial outcomes you selected. Specify the form of measurement (i.e. survey, focus group, etc Did you have any challenges identifying a measure/instrument for your evaluation outcome? Why or why not?
