In considering whether a covenant not to compete is reasonable, courts will consider all of the following factors except:
a) The time period for which the covenant not to compete is to be in effect.
b) The hardship imposed on the promisor (the person agreeing not to compete)
c) The geographic area covered in the covenant not to compete.
d) The interest of the Employer is protecting its proprietary information.
