Mr. Halstead, I understand my job is to check inventory and then run reports each time someone checks out equipment. Then Victor Martinez faxes the reports to you. However, I have discovered an inventory software program (Accu-Trak), that will automatically update inventory and send you emails instantly after the transaction is completed. Perhaps I can meet with you, Victor, and my back-up, Kevin Klune, to discuss this later this week? I would be happy to walk you through a sample transaction.
