Create your Poster
It’s time to display what you have learned. Using a word processing document (or paper and markers, if you choose), create a poster on vital nutrients that the body needs.
Give your poster a distinct title that will catch the attention of students as they gather their lunches. Using different colors, sizes, and fonts, create a heading for both macro and micronutrients.
Then, feature each one of the nutrients you researched. Under the nutrient, briefly note what job it performs and what might happen if the body did not get enough of this nutrient or if the body got too much of it. Offer at least two sources of this important nutrient.
Try to make your poster engaging. You want the students to be able to quickly digest the important information you are presenting.
