Looking at each dimension and how it applies to my everyday life, I think that my physical and environmental dimensions are my strongest. I love being active and taking part in activities for my overall health and fitness. Some of my favorite pastimes include hiking and biking on nature trails around my house. Spending time in nature is really what makes me the happiest. An area that I think I can grow in a little more is my social wellness. I really like the quiet and solitude of nature, so sometimes dealing with other people can seem loud and annoying. If someone is talking to me about something I don’t particularly care about, I have trouble paying attention or get easily frustrated with the conversation.
