King Duncan about Macbeth's heroic fight against
the thane of Cawdor, who had betrayed Duncan.
Duncan decides to make Macbeth the new thane
of Cawdor.
Duncan. No more that thane of Cawdor shall
deceive
Our bosom interest: go pronounce his present
death,
