Step 1: Head Count
Label your first tab on the spreadsheet “Head Count”. Then add the following information to the page.

Number of lead actors needed
Number of supporting actors needed
Crew members necessary for production (name each: cinematographer, lighting designer, etc.)
Total number of people required to film your movie
Step 2: Location
Label your second tab on the spreadsheet “Location”. Then add the following information to the page.

Name and describe each location (internal or external, brief description of each).
Note the number of locations needed.
Step 3: Props and Costumes
Label your third tab on the spreadsheet “Props and Costumes”. Then add the following information to the page.

List the five most important props the film will need.
Describe the costume needs of the two leads. (One outfit the whole time or multiple changes? Time period detail and custom-made or store-bought?)
