The Everybody test is a valid way to judge what is right or wrong in this situation because:
a. Since the society is made up mostly of ethical people, right or wrong usually will be indicated by what other members of the society think about a particular action.
b. If everyone is equal, and everyone wants to be happy, then the right thing would maximize happiness for all those affected.
c. If everyone is equal, anything that is a fundamental human right of one person is the right of all others whether they or their society recognizes that right or not.
d. Since everyone is equal, an action that is ethical for one person should be ethical for all others in a similar situation.
