Later that day you hear one of your co-workers, Lisa, on the phone mention Raghda’s name. After she gets off the phone, you ask if there is anything you can help with as you work with Raghda every day. She lets you know not to worry and that it was only Raghda’s son Kamal with a few follow up questions from his visit earlier in the day. He had said that there were a few aspects of his mother’s health that her nurse had mentioned and he just wanted to go over a couple of them. Lisa said he seemed nice and she had seen his name in the visitor’s log from earlier that day, so she logged into Raghda’s file and went over some of it with him so that he didn’t have to come all the way back in to talk to someone.
