Dana is a nine - year - old female. She was born with distinctive facial features including a broad forehead, a wide mouth, puffiness under her eyes and a prominent lower lip. Dana had a low birth weight and showed continued delays in her physical growth during early childhood. This was compounded by severe feeding difficulties in her first year.
