Tina is a 48-year-old married Dominican woman with two children who are both in their early twenties and live near Tina and her husband. This is Tina's second marriage, and it has lasted ten years. Tina and her husband own a small business and spend long hours working. Though the business has been doing ok, Tina and her husband struggle to make ends meet, especially since they often have to loan their children money for food and rent. Tina's first husband, the father of her children, has had no contact with her or her children since the children were very young. Over the years, Tina's children have exhibited numerous behavioral problems. Recently, her oldest son was arrested for assault in a fight. Tina admits that the hours she puts into the business as well as her children's problems cause her a great deal of stress. She is moody, has frequent migraine headaches, and spends most of her free time drinking or sleeping. Tina has smoked most of her life and does not exercise. She tends to have a negative outlook on life and has few friends or positive relationships with family members. Recently, on the suggestion of a friend, Tina consulted a social worker to help her manage stress, and she is complaining of moodiness and restless sleep. Briefly describe the case.
