The Response area created the first government of the United States. It was created in 1777 after the Revolutionary War began. Because the colonists were fearful of a very powerful government, the Articles of Confederation created a fairly Response area national government. There was no Response area, meaning there was no President. And there was no Response area to settle national legal disputes. Congress was not able to create or collect Response area, meaning the country had little money to spend. Congress was able to Response area to govern the country, but even that was hard to do. In 1789, a new government was created, giving us the Response area we use to this very day.
