In this assignment, you will create one fully developed paragraph in which you respond to a question with a clear topic sentence, a quote from the article, and supporting sentences. You will practice writing in the third-person point of view. A topic sentence starts the paragraph and focuses the reader by explaining the main point or big idea in the paragraph. When you add a quotation, use quotation marks at the start and the end of the words or sentences taken from the article and add an in-text citation. For example: "Surprise can make your message stick, helping readers learn and retain information" (Birchard, 2021). This is only an example, and not the same author as the article you will use for the assignment.
