You are nearing the end of your unit and the analysis essay. Part of the essay writing process is creating an outline. There are many different forms of outlines out there; alphanumeric outlines are commonly used for essay outlines. In this class, you will be using a different outline that will help you more clearly develop your ideas in your essay: the THINK SHEET.

The THINK SHEET is more extensive than a standard, alphanumeric outline, so it does take more time; however, because your ideas will be more developed, your essay will not take as long. This lesson includes a video on how to fill out the THINK SHEET. The video will also explain how the THINK SHEET is used to help write the essay; however, a more extensive video on using the THINK SHEET to write the essay will be included within the actual essay lesson.
