Homework anger management week 2
For home work this week work on writing and memorizing personal coping statements that reflect
positive "self talk". I you have problems use the hand out and work with memorization of them. Focus
on triggers that are a pattern for your unwanted emotions (Traffic, behavior of other people ect.) work
on integrating use of relaxation skills to help reduce feeling to less triggering emotions. Focus on
listening to others for Aggressive, Passive and Assertive statements
