(Help raising an Army in Dnd for my PC)

I’ve got an idea for my DND player and next game session but I need help. I am playing an Human Fighter with the noble background and I’m level 2. We had our first session which we level up in an 5 hour game. I am an lawful neutral alignment. The other players in my group at are an Lawful good monk and a Neutral good Wizard, Lawful Good Paladin, Unlawful Neutral Barbarian.

My character stats:
Strength 16
Dexterity 18
Constitution 13
Intelligence: 12
Wisdom: 10
Charisma: 14

Gold amount at the moment for my PC: 217

What I want to accomplish: I want to successfully raise and begin an even a small war-band to eventually an huge army (whenever I get there of course like 200-300 hours in sessions to be as realistic as possible). How should I start? Should I find commoners to join and in Dnd how should I work that out? I know unskilled servants get paid an silver piece an day. But say I am training my first recruit to my warband or company of arms. I buy the gear for them and pay there fair wages.

(My Gm is okay with me doing this just to let you know. I am trying to be realistic as possible in the dnd universe)

Overall: I just need to know how I can start even in the smallest to raise my army.
