It has been found out by many scholars and researchers around the globe that the law of procurement is very paramount to every organization regardless of whether it is a business or a charity organization. Whereas some perceive it as unnecessary tool, procurement professional view it as the oxygen of all business practices and argue that value for money cannot be achieved in absence of the law". In light of the above; Examine the extent to which public procurement law has contributed to the achievement of value for money and service delivery objectives in Uganda.
