Paraphrase: Throughout each session with Lucas, the therapist will be responsible for collection data on the goals laid out in the teaching plan. With increasing his AAC usage within the community, the therapist will be collecting latency data to depict how long it takes Lucas to initiate his vocal mand and how long it takes Lucas to respond to a peer's question in relation to his goal. When Lucas is given the SD "order your food", the timer will begin and end once Lucas begins ordering his food independently. The therapist will write down the time it takes for Lucas to begin ordering his food when given the SD and mark that trial down as correct. If Lucas does not begin ordering his food by using his fine motor skills to navigate his AAC device, or he needs prompting, then the therapist will mark that trial as incorrect. The data will be displayed on a liner line graph with sessions on the horizontal axis and latency on the vertical axis. The data will be analyzed daily at the beginning of treatment and will be faded to once a week once the data displays that his latency for responding has decreased.
