With supervisor approval, visits can be scheduled during an inmate's regularly assigned work hours for the following reasons:
o family visits requested seven days prior to work hours
o visits for notification of a death or serious illness in the family
o an inmate's wedding
o unscheduled visitors who have traveled a distance of 250 miles or more
o unscheduled visitors who have not visited in the last six months
o the inmate has not had any visitors in the last 30 days
o a court-approved visit from a lawyer
