James and his father are at the movie theater
on the night of October 12, 2018 to watch the
release of First Man, the riveting story of
NASA's mission to land a man on the moon.
It is a packed house. Around the 90-minute
mark, somebody emerges into the theater
and screams "FIRE" and the movie-goers
quickly panic and try to exit the theater.
James falls down and is trampled by the
hurried mob trying to leave, leaving him with
an injured shoulder. Shortly after emerging
from the theater, he sees police arresting a
man for inducing a panic. The arrested man
said he is innocent because of which
amendment?
