The headsets are wireless, lightweight, and comfortable to wear around the ears for extended periods of time. The microphone utilizes the latest active noise-canceling technology. You will find this new headset enclosed. On the package, there is a QR code. Use your work phone (not your personal phone) to scan the QR code. The QR code will direct you to a video on how to use the headset and connect it to your work computer. You will also find a return label in the box for your old equipment. Please place your old headset and the connecting wires in the shipping box you received with the new headset. Tape the box for shipping and place the prepaid return label on top. You can drop it off at your local post office. You have 30 days to complete this task. Otherwise, Human Resources will document in your employee records that you failed to return company equipment.
