Molly is usually upbeat and a delight to work with. Today she seems a bit down and not herself. She says she is feeling old and tired. You spend time doing her hair and helping her put on a bit of makeup. Molly asks if you can do her nails. When you have finished, she looks in the mirror and smiles sadly.
