Why is it important for each generation of learners to be critical consumers of science?

a. Because this is vital to understand and know what is true/factual information and not pseudoscience. Just because something is in print, does not prove to true- especially when not tested through a formal experimental process.
b. Just because someone tells me that it is true, I believe it because they convinced me.
c. It doesn't matter, no real researcher, scientist, has ever been peer reviewed by their colleauges. They only do science because it seems fun.
d. All things are factual, regardless if it has been fact checked, peer reviewed, or replicated through many test trials of experimentation.
