Mateo has been asked to prepare a report for his manager. His manager wants to know how many centres have met their targets. Of those that have not met targets, he wants to know how many are likely to meet them by the end of the year. There are 3 months of the year left. Mateo discovers that of the 12 centres, 9 have an 85% target level and 3 have a 90% target level. Volumes are roughly similar across the 12 centres. He can see from his data that of the 9 centres with 85% targets, 6 are currently at or above this target level. Two are on track to meet it and one seems to have some issues. Of the 3 with 90% targets, one has achieved 89% and the other 2 are not on track to meet them. Mateo can report that of those who have not met targets yet, they will do so before the end of the year.
