The following parameters are to be utilised: -
a) The meeting room size is 12 m x 8 m
b) The ceiling void above the meeting room has 800 mm (clear height) which includes the beam depth.
c) This room contains two parallel reinforced concrete beams 300 mm deep x 500 mm wide, running across the entire longer length of the room above the ceiling. Location to be shown on RCP and ceiling void section drawing.
d) The floor over is a reinforced concrete slab and accommodates toilets and showers for the tenancy above.
