An ideal gas is in equilibrium in a cylindrical vessel with a diameter of 0.2m and a height of 1m under a pressure of 120 kPa at 33°. As a result of the compression process applied to the cylindrical container, the volume of the gas decreases to half of its initial volume and heat flow out of the gas. After that the gas is cooled at a constant volume until it reaches 33°. Then, the gas is purified from external influences and allowed to reach its initial volume isothermally.
