Case Study 1: Lomi
Lomi is a 4-year-old girl who has been attending the Little.ly Early Learning Centre for 12 months, 3 days per week. Lomi arrived in Australia with her mother as refugees 2 years ago. She has weakness in her right hand and a large scar on her wrist from an injury sustained during her journey to Australia. She seemed to be settling in well at Little.ly but has recently been withdrawing from the other children almost every day and occasionally having a toileting accident.
Additional case study information
