Bestdeal is a large company that sells a large range of networking devices, such as routers, WIFI- extender, modems and computers over the internet (that is, online only). New customers need to pay using their credit or debit cards. If customers have purchased three times or more, they are provided credit facilities if they choose to take. Recently, Bestdeal's bad-debts written off is higher than industry's average. The online ordering form for customer's order allows the customers to choose its items and the computer shows the availability of the items. Very often the products ordered are out-of-stock when they are to be picked and packed. Two out of 10 online orders, customers found that their orders are incorrect or defective when they receive the items.
