Transition Goal for High School Student Implementation:
1) Mr. Scott will accompany Opal on the bus.
2) Mr. Scott will encourage Opal to pay attention to her surroundings throughout the bus ride and even point out various landmarks for Opal to remember. Taking data on how often Opal gets distracted on the ride and needs to be prompted to pay attention.
3) As Opal and Mr. Scott get closer to Opal's bus stop , Mr. Scott will demonstrate signalling the bus driver to stop the bus at the appropriate stop.
4) Mr. Scott and Opal will continue on in this way until Opal, eventually has chosen her own landmarks for recognizing when her stop is close and appropriately signalling the bus to stop at her correct stop.
