In determining whether actual authority exists:
A. The focus of inquiry is on whether the agent reasonably believed, in accordance with the principal's manifestations, that the principal wishes the agent to act in a certain manner.
B. The focus of the inquiry is on whether the manifestation from the principal reached the third party.
C. The focus of the inquiry is on whether the third party reasonably believed, in accordance with the principal's manifestations, that the principal authorized the agent to act in a certain manner.
