a. My self-care activity for this week was going to the park twice, and each time, I walked about two miles.
b. It felt good to take the time for myself and have some time to walk.
c. As usual, I read the Quran and started memorizing a small portion of it each day to reach my goal of memorizing a chapter of the Quran at the end of the week.
d. I am really enjoying this activity, and I plan to continue.
