Given the vector u with magnitude 7 and direction 145°, and vector v with magnitude 8 and direction 270°, find the magnitude and direction of the sum u + v. Write the sum u+v in magnitude and direction form with the magnitude rounded to the nearest tenth and the direction rounded to the nearest degree.
