I have voiced my opinions and concerns about gender discrimination, either in conversations with colleagues, friends, or supervisors. For example, I questioned the hiring practices at your old job and advocated for more inclusive policies.

Challenging Stereotypes: I have actively challenged stereotypes by sharing my passion and knowledge about basketball and football, regardless of the gender expectations others might have. Supporting Inclusivity: I have taken steps to support and encourage inclusivity in my environment. This included supporting male colleagues in roles traditionally seen as female-dominated or encouraging women to participate in sports.

Seeking Allies: I have sought out like-minded individuals who share my views on gender equality and inclusivity, forming a support network to address and combat gender bias.

Providing Feedback: when I was in a position to do so, I have provided feedback to my employer about their hiring practices, suggesting ways to make them more equitable and inclusive.
