Most states provide that the object of a criminal conspiracy:
A) Must be some crime or some felony.
B) Must be to accomplish some criminal or unlawful purpose, or to accomplish some purpose, not in itself criminal or unlawful, by criminal or unlawful means.
C) Must be to agree to perform an overt act.
D) Must be to commit a malum in se crime.
