Remote or hybrid work is increasingly becoming the new normal for many organizations and workers. While there are numerous benefits to having this type of arrangement, one aspect for organizations to consider is how OSHA and Workers Compensation regulations apply to employees working out of their homes. For this assignment, you will be drafting guidelines (or Best Practices) to mitigate risks as they relate to these work-from-home arrangements from an OSHA perspective (i.e. what are the expectations of employees, what equipment will be provided by the Company, etc.).
