Think about the healthcare organization and complete a SWOT analysis on the organization. You can complete the analysis on the organization as a whole or at the department level. Once the SWOT analysis is completed, develop 5 – 7 SMART goals that the organization could use to guide their improvement, their business development, and / or patient care experience improvement should be 800 – 1000 words in length. It should contain an introduction to the facility or department and the area of specialization or service. The reader should get a good understanding of the organization and what they do from the introduction. You can highlight key metrics or received feedback to support your later SWOT analysis.

The SWOT analysis should cover all four areas of the SWOT and have a minimum of 4 – 5 bullet points with sub headings under each SOWT element.
