In Ontario, if two general contractors are working on the same site and at the same time:

a. The owner will be considered the Constructor
b. The two contractors will flip a coin, to determine who is the constructor
c. The two contractors will each be considered a construction for their work crews, as long as their two work crews never talk to each other
d. The term Constructor is just another word for Construction Worker
