You are patrolling in a vehicle on your client's property. It is 2:30 a.m. You notice a vehicle stopped on your client's property. The vehicle appears to contain three or four people, one of whom appears to have switched places with the driver of the vehicle. You bring your vehicle to a stop behind the stopped vehicle. As you step out of your vehicle and stand behind your open door, the stopped vehicle (which was idling) suddenly drives off and leaves your client's property.
