It is an incentive scheme in which minute is the time unit described as the standard minute. Each minute of the standard time is called as point or B. In one standard hour there are 60 Bs. Like any other plans, the standard time for the completion of a job is fixed and the rate per hour is defined. Any points earned in excess of 60 per hour gets a bonus equivalent to 75% multiplied by one-sixth of the hourly rate.
