Drop Juice* is a business started during the Covid 19 lockdown period. With the markets becoming increasingly hard to reach, and production almost at a standstill during the pandemic, a conglomerate of fruit farmers in Limpopo, South Africa, decided to make a new outlet for their produce by producing a freshly squeezed fruit juice with as little preservatives as possible.
The main aim of the product was to create a healthy juice range consisting of different fruit flavours that would help boost people’s immune systems.
However, because the juices are freshly squeezed, it shortens the shelf life of the product, and therefore a fast turnaround is needed, which raised an additional set of challenges for the business.
With Covid in the past, the directors of Drop Juice realized that they must revisit their business structure to adapt to the post-Covid environment.
The directors of Drop Juice approached you to conduct research into the post-Covid FMCG environment and to advise them about a long-term strategy to maintain their product in the market.

Snowball sampling.
Discuss each of these nonprobability sampling techniques and propose which one of the three (3) sampling techniques you will employ to draw a sample for the Drop Juice research project.
