There is a small child in the neighborhood that will be starting school next year. However, because of her parents’ religious beliefs she will not be receiving the required vaccines before the start of the school year. Many of the parents in the neighborhood are uncomfortable with this fact. The law clearly law requires that all children must be vaccinated before school starts. Why are the neighbors not able to force the parents to vaccinate their child? Because of the Fifteenth Amendment. Because of the Preamble to the Constitution. Because of the Bill of Rights. Because of the Free Religion Clause.
