When living under the rules of a contract, you have a responsibility to uphold your end of the bargain for the contract to remain in force. When living under a social contract, this "duty to uphold" your side of the contract implies the concept of "civic responsibility," the duties you must perform as a citizen for the contract to remain in force. Think about your "civic responsibilities," or what you think they are, and then share with the class what you believe are the most important civic duties we must all perform.
